Eggverse may collect account information such as your email address, authentication details, saved favourites and deal claim activity. Restaurant partners may also provide business names, owner details, phone numbers, addresses, restaurant information and deal information.
Information may be used to operate accounts, display restaurant listings and deals, process claim codes, support partner verification, prevent misuse and improve the Eggverse experience.
Where location features are used, restaurant partners may choose to provide restaurant coordinates. Customers may also use location-related features when supported by the platform and permitted by their device or browser.
Eggverse uses authentication services to support signup, login, password resets and account sessions. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.
Partner application and restaurant information may be reviewed by Eggverse administrators before partner access, restaurant listings or deals are approved.
When a customer claims an offer, Eggverse may store the claim code, associated user, deal, restaurant, status, claim time, expiry time and redemption information required to operate the claim system.
Eggverse may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, storage and other technical functions needed to operate the platform.
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Eggverse, maintain account and transaction history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and comply with applicable obligations.
Users may choose whether to create an account, save favourites, claim deals or submit partner information. Some platform functionality may require an authenticated account.
Eggverse may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. The updated version may be published on this page with a revised update date.
